  Although the productivity of this range may not be as advanced as what is offered by our Performance pots, it remains highly competitive amongst other blast machines on the market. This is due to the inclusion of industry-standard remote control valves, grit valves and 32mm (1¼”) pipework.
  What's more, as our Contractor Blast Machines benefit from an Elcometer engineered design, they last longer in the field, are easier to use and quicker to maintain.
  Available in a range of sizes, from 40 to 200 litres (1.41 to 7.06 cu ft), each blast pot is supplied with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects to give you peace of mind.

  When purchasing an Elcometer Contractor Blast Machine, you can rest assured in its quality. The complete range has a maximum working pressure of 12bar (174psi), is UKCA & CE approved and has been fully tested and certified to PED 2014/68EU & PE(s)R 2016.
  1) Easy to manoeuvre: Balanced design makes it easy to move on site.
  2) Moisture Separator: Prevents water and oil from entering the blast pot.
  3) 32mm (1¼”) Pipework: Standard bore 32mm (1¼”) pipework throughout for reliable airflow performance.
  4) Fast Flow Cones: 45/90° cone to maximise abrasive flow rate.
  5) Flexible Pusher Line: Hard wearing flexible pusher line to maximise air flow.
  6) One Piece Mixer T: Solid one piece metal Mixer T and metal pot coupling.
  7) Standard Grit Valve: Industry standard abrasive metering valve.
  8) Easy Access: Large inspection access wide enough for both arms.
  9) Rating Plate: Clear information on pressure ratings, UKCA and CE approval to both PED 2014/68EU and PE(s)R 2016.
  10) High Flow Dish: Concave dish for easy refill and deflector plate for operator safety.
